I just couldn’t resist to draw something for myth week .
I’m a dryad or tree spirit or something(just because that was the first thing that came to my mind)
The most bishounen of bishounen, for Ghibli Jam!
I participated in Hourly Comic Day on February 1st, and inexplicably I have only just now finished my comics. I seem to be having tremendous difficulty with my lifestyle
Many other folks did a much better job with theirs, viz: Eleanor Davis, Vera Brosgol, Emily Partridge, Jen Wang, Chuck Groenink, Brandon B, Angie Wang, John Martz, Kat Verhoeven, Emily Carroll, Rebecca Tobin, and (the winner) Kris Mukai.
Next year I’m just going to lie in a dark room and draw black squares all day.
hourly comic day was saturday!! this is my first one since 2011 i think.
i am a very messy witch who derives her powers from crystals, and i constantly misplace enchanted crystals and charmed shineys. HOWEVER i am exceptional at conjuring mists of sparkles and pastel clouds when needed, great for parties and making up for the fact that i am mostly a completely unorganized trash witch
also followed around by a goog which may or may not be my familiar but is in fact always wearing the same hat
I’m a fiction-witch who can hop between dimensions and fictional worlds, like a shitty version of Doctor Who without a ship. I do have a Raccoon Hawk as a familiar though, which I picked up on one of my travels. Powers including ability to summon food I prefer regardless of what world I’m in, and the ability to reanimate small-to-medium sized mammals.
Hi all! I did hourly comics this year (on Saturday Feb. 1). One of my favorite parts of reading other people’s hourly comics is feeling solidarity in staying up so late. Full disclosure: I started these at 3 PM on Saturday; I had a whole lot of work to catch up on until then (hence the ridiculous amount of computer-time in these comics.
My Hourly Comics. Including some doodles where I tried to remember how to draw myself, because I’m out of the habit.
I’m not very proud of these drawings, but I’m proud that I did them. It was a challenge, especially considering my artistic confidence has been a bit low lately. Doing them in color added to the challenge but also to the freedom. They were fun even when they weren’t great, which is how I think comics should be. I was feeling kinda depressed off and on, and I gave myself permission to express that, which was also freeing.
